The Lusofin summit for the chourizo, linguiça and grilled pork fillet

Suffering from a shortage of portuguese presence, but abundance of pork meat deriveds, the Lusofin grilling event opened its doors to representatives from Spain, Czech Republic, Finland and South Africa.
The attendants could only miss the Casal Garcia (green wine) to completely surrender. They were also enlightened about the Tired Horse soup, a delicacy from good'ol northern portuguese rural times.
By the end of the summit, both representatives of the lusitanian committee offered their guests several pieces of grilled pork fillet as souvenirs, and congratulated one another for the successful event.
